A “Contact Us” page with a publicly accessible form that includes SMS consent language (a checkbox for opt-in is recommended). For example,: “By checking this form, I consent to receive SMS from O’Connor Law Firm.”
The contact us page/add on can just be added on the current page. Clients are able to register on our page for us to call them.
A link to the privacy on the same “Contact Us” page, opens on a separate page when clicked. The privacy policy must state that phone numbers collected for SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes under any circumstances.
Also-the SMS is for text messaging. We offer that service through another provider and they mentioned we have to have the correct legal verbiage in order for us to have that.
